Scarring may arise from acne and chicken pox through to an injury or from an operation.

There is not always anything that can be done about scarring – it depends on the type and severity of the problem.

However, for some types of scars, there are things that can be done including laser treatments, carboxy therapy, topical gels and microdermabrasion.
